The Song List

I finally got the full song list from the band, the album has 10 tracks. Each song can be related to the title " looking in everything seemed ok " each talks about some sort of situation directly or indirectly. I aim to communicate this idea via a series of appropriate photography.

Below I have listed each song accompanied with some visuals, along with a explanation of what the tune is about.

1, Looking in Everything seemed ok.

This is about situations in general e.g. any person can look happy from the outset, however inside they might feel terrible. These images demonstrate my thought process.

2, Carry Me.

This is all about how we carry people throughout life, this can be in society or our own flesh and blood.

3, Waiting.

This is about people are always waiting for something to come along, when there mentality should be to go and get.

4, Midnight Sun.
Midnight sun is basically sex, everyone else shares the sun but at night there comes a different kind of warmth and happiness.

5, Photo Opportunity.

In life we have numerous photo opportunities and we always were a smile even if we are unhappy. Anyone looking at that image may be fooled into thinking is well.

6, Needles in a jar.

This is a song about trust and not holding grudges the request is simple that the voodoo dolls be kept at bay and the needles be kept safely in a jar.

7, Mutiny Recruits.

This resembles a calculated attempt to overthrow a relationship.

8, Don't ask Shinade.

This is a story about a transvestite, its only polite not to ask any questions.

9, She Dances with the World.

This is about a young woman who is free spirited she lets men get close to her, she dances with them they feel special but in reality she dances with the whole world.

10, Always a game between the lips.

This is my favourite song on the album, its all about pointless games played between young couples. This song talks about the face that both parties are attracted to one another but before they can get together a thing they both crave for there has to be a collection of games before the kiss. Sometimes this game can act as a barrier between the lips.
